Where did May go??!!??
It started out with Jimmy officially graduating from the University of Utah on May 8th. I am so proud of him and I know he is so happy to be done!!
Congratulations Sweetheart!!!
Our 2 year anniversary landed on a Sunday this year so we celebrated it by going to dinner at the Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Park City! It was delicious... you can never go wrong with the Filet... and just as we were getting ready for dessert we got a call from our Realtor that the house we had made an offer on the day before had been accepted!!! What a fabulous 2 year anniversary!!! I was GLOWING!!! It is the cutest house ever!
It is at 2605 Elm Avenue (not Elm Street for all you Freddie Kruger fans!!!) and it is just below Foothill Blvd and just off 21st South. Two gay guys live there now, one is a designer, and we spent about 30 minutes chatting with them yesterday after the inspection! They are HILARIOUS!!! We have Rosemary, Chamomile, Italian & Greek Oregano, Basil and Lemon Thyme growing in the backyard... so anytime you need some fresh herbs, come on over!!! HeHe!!! It's a good thing they are landscapers because gardening is not my strong suit!!!
We will close on June 18th then they will rent it back from us until mid-July, then we will get the house sterilized (which takes 2 weeks) then move in!! So probably first of August!! We can't wait!!!
I went on my first business trip - I feel so grown up!!! The Doctors took me and another assistant to Dallas to learn how to make crowns in less than an hour using this amazing CAD/CAM 3D technology!! It is so awesome!! It was weird to be in Dallas and not be shopping for jewelry at the Market Center!!!
Straight from the airport, Jimmy and I met up with friends at the Bee's Game. There was about 20 of us in the suite and it was so fun to get together and watch the fireworks!! It is so crazy how many of us have kids now!! I think James & I and maybe two other couples are the only ones without little ones!!! They are all SO darling!!! Hmmmm....something to think about!!!
Steve had his 8th cancer surgery last Friday and is still at the University Hospital!! This cute guy in our ward, Brother Popp, gave us this greatest unconventional method for cancer treatment through the use of a homemade juice and Apricot Seeds. There is a ton of research on it and Brother Popp has been using it for his cancer for 6 months and already his lungs are healthier and he can breathe so much better. The idea behind it is that the Apricots have B17 in them and it makes the body more alkaline and cancer can't live in an alkaline environment so it kills the cancer that way!! Pretty interesting! We are excited to get Stevie on it and get him better!!!
P.S. The U of U hospital is under construction and it has been forever but we saw this as we were getting on the elevators and just had to laugh...
Where do they find these people??!!
