Closing day came and went yesterday and we are now officially home owners! It is a strange feeling to know that we own a home even if we are renting it back to the previous home owners for a month and won't be moving in until mid-July. But nevertheless still very exciting. If we learned anything at closing it was how to improved our signatures...seriously we should have practiced our signatures before closing day because we had not trained our hands to write so much! Computers have made us weak! Next time to prevent hand cramp and soreness the following day we have decided to practice signing our names several times so we feel ready for the big day. With all the penmanship practice I felt like we were back in kindergarten but without the nap, snacks and weird kid picking his nose in the corner. Needless to say we are thrilled about the new home and want to thank our agent Jared Looser who was awesome through the whole process! He definitely looked out for our best interests and was patient with us as first time home buyers. If anyone is looking for a great agent we will be happy to give you his contact info. Since we now own the house we thought it would be appropriate to share some pictures of the inside, so we hope you like them. We can't wait to move in and hope everyone will come by and visit.

London Calling!!!
Our next adventure, thanks to James' grandparents, is to London and then to Ireland and Scotland but we will be spending the most amount of time in London.
So....
I need recommendations of yummy restaurants, glorious afternoon tea rooms, great plays, what sites to see, which ones not to see, and any other fabulous London Must-Do's from those of you who have ventured there before!!! Right now the only thing we have planned is a day at Wimbledon which will be so fun since we love tennis and the thought of wearing all white is just cool!!!
Please post a comment, e-mail me or call me!
Thanks so much!!!
